Cocktail Making Masterclasses

A fun & interactive 90 minute experience with master cocktail makers. Three classic or contemporary cocktails with a little history and knowledge thrown in for £39pp

Our cocktail masterclasses consist of three rounds of drinks, in the first round we show you the basics and teach you what makes a cocktail a cocktail, balance & aroma, usually with a Gin Sour or a Daiquiri

In the second round we go deeper into the cocktail family trees and cocktail history, adding different ingredients and using different methods

In the third and final round we let you decide, and get you using the methods you have learnt throughout the class and put your knowledge to the test.

Classes usually last anywhere between 1 hour and a half to 2 hours Depending on the size of the class.

Classes focus on classic cocktails, which can also be tailored to certain spirits, styles or genres e.g Prohibition. 

Cocktail masterclasses are £39 per head, and are booked on a non-cancellation basis.

We do also require a contact telephone number and card details for all Masterclass reservations (a link for card details will be sent via email), please note there is no charge however in the event of a no show or a cancellation there will then be a £15 per person charge.
