Cocktail Masterclasses

A fun & interactive 90 minute experience consisting of three classic or contemporary cocktails, with a little history and behind-the-bar knowledge from our in-house experts.

Masterclasses are booked on a bespoke basis, however there are some restrictions with start times:

Wednesday to Thursday: Classes start between 4pm & 6pm.

Friday: Classes start at 4pm.

Saturday: Classes start from 2pm, 3pm and 4pm.

Our Masterclasses consist of three rounds of drinks, in the first round we show you the basics and teach you what makes a cocktail a cocktail.

In the second round we go deeper into cocktail family trees, adding different ingredients and using different methods to elevate your drinks.

In the third and final round we let you decide! We will get you using the methods you have learnt throughout the class and put your knowledge to the test.

Classes usually last anywhere between 1.5 to 2 hours Depending on the size of the class.

Classes focus on classic cocktails, which can also be tailored to certain spirits, styles or genres to suit your taste. 

Classes are booked on a non-cancellation basis.

We require a contact telephone number and card details for all Masterclass reservations (a link for card details will be sent via email). Please note there is no charge upfront however in the event of a no show or a cancellation there will then be a £15pp charge.
